The lol security certificate has expired or has not taken effect, which means that the security certificate has expired or has not been used yet.
A security certificate is a kind of identity authentication, or a private key. The security certificate is unique and different from anyone else's certificate. The security certificate is encrypted by the top international certification authority (referred to as CA). The key length varies from 40 to 256 bits, which is called encryption strength. The larger the key length, the harder it is to crack and the more secure it is.
