When registering a card at the counter, if you use a resident ID card to handle the card, you must use a second-generation ID card, and check your identity online. Tellers must check the consistency of the ID number, name and validity period, and check the consistency of the echo photos, ID photos and myself. And confirm that the certificate information provided by the customer is consistent with the certificate information returned by the card issuing marketing system, and confirm that the customer himself holds the identity certificate to handle the business. Tellers shall meet the requirements of "seeing in person, seeing in person the customer's signature, seeing in person the customer's identity documents and other materials".

In addition, counter activation means that the cardholder takes the credit card to the counter of the issuing bank to activate it. Generally, the new customer applies for the credit card online, because it needs to go through the face-to-face signing process before going to the counter to activate it.
