03- Long-term cooperation
This is a long-term cooperative relationship.
The initial term of the franchise agreement is at least ten years. In the future, franchisees must voluntarily engage in KFC franchise for more than ten years.
04- Investment Fund Requirements
The initial investment of each franchisee is different.
The new franchisee will be authorized to run a KFC restaurant in operation, and the purchase cost of each restaurant will be at least about 8 million yuan (including all the decoration, equipment, profit, lease and employee transfer of the restaurant, but excluding the purchase of real estate).
Franchisees can arrange financing by themselves. But the proportion of our franchisees' own funds invested in this project is not less than 70%.
