According to the current system clock or the timestamp in the signature file, the required certificate is not within the validity period:

1, change local time, change forward, and change to the validity period of SSL certificate.

2. Go to the server and rebind the new CA certificate. Take win2008 as an example, server manager, role, network policy and access service, routing and remote access, right-click property, security page, SSL certificate binding, select the latest web server certificate, and confirm, complete and verify its availability.
