Engraving needs to go to the public security organ of the place of registration to engrave the official seal for the record, and then engrave it in the engraving unit designated by the local public security organ after the record is passed. Carving and archiving process:

1. Application: The applicant submits an application for seal engraving to a legal seal production unit.

2. Acceptance: The acceptance personnel check the application materials and make an acceptance decision on the spot. If the materials are not uniform, tell them to fill in the materials, and those that do not meet the conditions will not be accepted.

3. Review: review the personnel materials that meet the application conditions, collect the agent's image information on the spot, and accept and issue a "stamped receipt" if the witness information is unanimously passed.

The company needs the following carving materials:

(1) An application for seal engraving in duplicate, which shall be signed by the legal person;

(2) The original and photocopy of the ID card of the legal representative;

(3) The original and photocopy of the business license; If you entrust others to act as an agent, you also need the trustee to bring the original and photocopy of your ID card and the power of attorney of the head office;

(4) seal registration card;

(5) If the seal is replaced, the old seal should be recycled.

(1) Sino-foreign joint ventures and cooperative ventures: two copies of the letter of introduction, the original business license and the seal of the Chinese joint venture are required;

(2) Wholly foreign-owned enterprises: two copies of the letter of introduction, the original business license and the seal of the foreign economic relations and trade commission of the district or county where they are located;

(3) Seal of the branch of the enterprise: a letter of introduction from the enterprise unit and a copy of the business license of the branch are required, and the seal is in duplicate;

(four) after examination and registration, the public security organ shall immediately issue a notice of seal engraving to those who meet the requirements, and the designated engraving factory shall engrave them; Do not meet the conditions, should inform the matters and requirements to be resubmitted.

An enterprise as a legal person shall be established after applying for industrial and commercial registration, being approved and registered by the registration authority and obtaining the Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person. An enterprise as a legal person can engrave the official seal, open a bank account, sign a contract and carry out business activities with the Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person. The registration authority may issue a copy of the business license of an enterprise as a legal person according to the business needs of the enterprise as a legal person.
