When an accident happens to the military and police, the traffic police have the right to temporarily detain the vehicle, but they should inform the troops in time, and cooperate with the troops to investigate and deal with it because of the need, at the invitation of the troops.
Troops can exercise full control over road sections (including urban roads, ordinary highways and expressways) during operations, drills and emergency missions.

Article 64 If it is found that police cars, fire engines, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles and other vehicles performing emergency tasks have serious traffic violations, it shall be corrected in time, and the license plate number shall be recorded and copied to the relevant units; Those who do not perform the task shall be punished according to law.
Article 65 When correcting traffic violations committed by drivers of armed forces, armed police forces and special vehicles, traffic police should be clear about the facts, handle matters in strict accordance with procedures, and deal with them promptly to avoid conflicts with drivers and reduce crowd onlookers.
