there are different answers to this question. I remember watching a young lady's sad process of reimbursement before:

The first time, she took an electronic approval process and a paper invoice to seek financial reimbursement, and the finance told her that one needed to be signed by a leader;

the second time, she came to the finance department with the invoice signed by the leader, but was told that "signing doesn't work" and she needed the leader to sign the words "agree to reimbursement";

for the third time, I came to the accounting office with an invoice signed "Agree to Reimbursement". After reading it, the financial personnel said, "Your signature is not counted if it is not signed on the invoice, but it is not counted if it is signed on the white paper";
