I. Introduction
Anyview is an e-reader on Motorola E680i/E680/E680g/A780/A1200/E2 series mobile phones. Although there are ready-made and mature e-book software on the market, it is a bit complicated because every book needs to be made. And because the mobile phone uses LINUX system, its font display in JAVA e-books is not satisfactory, so Anyview is produced.
Anyview hopes to become the best e-reader on Motorola E680i/E680/E680g/A780/A1200/E2 series mobile phones, and hopes to provide users with good reading fonts, simple operation and powerful reading functions. Therefore, Anyview aimed at text reading from the beginning. Anyview has been able to read TXT, HTML, UMD (partial), PDB and files in various picture formats.
Second, the installation
First, download the Anyview version suitable for your mobile phone. After unlocking the download. Rar file, there will be several files, of which Anyview.jar is the installation file. Like other java programs, please install it on your mobile phone or memory card. After the installation, you need to open the file with read-write permission to use the software normally.
Because JAVA programs need a digital signature to access the file system, if there is no digital signature, please open the read-write permission as follows.
For mobile phone users of E680I/E680/E680G/A780, there will be three corresponding folders in the downloaded software package. Select the corresponding permfile.txt file according to your mobile phone model (E680G users please select E680I file), set the mobile phone to USB flash drive mode, connect the computer, and open the installation directory of Anyview on the computer. Generally speaking, it is similar to. system/Java/download apps/MIDlet xxxxx。 System directory is a hidden directory), xxxxx is the directory where you installed Anyview (if you are a newly installed Anyview, it is usually the last folder starting with midlet). Select the appropriate permfile.txt file to overwrite the original permfile.txt file. ..
For users of E2/A 1200, it is not necessary to use the permfile.txt file. Same as above, open the registry.txt file in the installation directory (just use Notepad), Ctrl+F finds the domain: it is not credible, replace it with the domain: manufacturer (pay attention to the space after the colon), then save, close and unplug the data cable (* Note, don't change it to the domain: Operator, which may cause the problem that the historical records cannot be saved, etc. ), return to your mobile phone and find Anyview. Manage-> View License-> Read User Data->; Select "Don't ask", save (here "Don't ask", it is better to select again), and the installation is complete.
Now, you can use Anyview normally.
Third, function
Up to now, Anyview can open any TXT file, including UNICODE, UTF-8, GB23 12, HTML file, PDB file, UMD cartoon file, in addition, it can also open graphic files in Gif, Jpeg, Png and other formats. For TXT files, the processing speed is acceptable for files that have been tested by 8M. For graphic files, limited by the memory space of the mobile phone, you can open files around 100K.
Anyview can support scrolling and adjust the speed of scrolling by itself; When reading, you can switch to full screen mode; Anyview will save your reading history every 5 minutes; In addition, there are many settings for you to choose your own reading habits. Anyview provides as many settings as possible, from font size and style to reading background and foreground.
Fourth, operation
Most operations can be done through the touch screen and keyboard, and some operations can only be done through the touch screen or keyboard.
For users who use keyboard operation, when there is no file, the "5" key opens the last read article, otherwise it has the same function as the middle key; When reading, press the middle key to pop up the shortcut menu, 0 to switch the full screen, 1 to switch the scrolling, OK/5 to pop up the shortcut menu, and * to pop up the menu; In other windows, select the buttons around 1 and 3, # to close the current window.
When reading: Because the software has the concept of window (just like Windows), the keyboard operation during reading is only effective when the current window is a reading window (if you click the status bar or the start button, the current window will be a status bar instead of a reading window). When reading, short press OK key to switch to full screen/non-full screen state, long press OK key to switch to scrolling/non-scrolling state. In the non-scrolling state, open. In the scrolling state, the default time is 3 seconds per line, the left/up key decreases by 0.5 seconds, and the right/down key increases by 0.5 seconds, ranging from 1 to 10 seconds.
History: All read text files will be displayed in the history list. There are no restrictions on the items in the history list, but in order to improve the available memory and running speed of the software, some useless history records need to be deleted. You can lock the reading history. Reading history cannot be deleted when locked.
Open: Open a file. If the file is a non-text file or a picture file, the system will open the file in the format of GB23 12 by default. When you open a file, the system will record the current path, and the next time you use the open function, you will start from the current path.
Bookmark: During reading, you can save the current reading position for future reading. This function is only valid for text files. There is no limit to the number of bookmarks in a file, but just like reading history, too many bookmarks will affect the available memory space and running speed of the software.
Manage bookmarks: By managing bookmarks, you can delete bookmarks or access bookmarks.
Jump: jump to a certain position in the current file as a percentage, which is only valid for text files. It should be noted that during the jump, the system will automatically find a suitable place to start, so for files that are too small, the jump will not be very accurate.
Foreground 1: Foreground 1 and Foreground 2*** determine the color of the reading font and set it in the form of RRGGBB. There are 4096 combinations of * *. It should be noted that after you set the foreground color 1, if there are too many current color styles, the foreground color 2 will get the same color value as the foreground color 1.
Foreground 2: Depending on your settings, Foreground 2 may be the shadow color of Foreground 1, or it may form excessive color with Foreground 1 * *. If you don't like too many colors or text shadows, you can set the reading style to too many, and set the foreground color 1 and the foreground color 2 to the same color (or set the foreground color 2 to the same color as the background color, the former method is recommended).
Background color: Set the background color when reading. This setting is invalid when using a picture as the reading background.
Line spacing: set the line spacing between words, ranging from 1 to 10.
Sensitivity: When using the keyboard, continuous pressing of the keyboard is supported in some cases. At this time, the response interval can be adjusted by changing the current value.
System path: If the system path is not set, the software can run well. However, by setting the system path, you can get additional functions. The system path refers to the storage location of external files when Anyview needs to run.
Font: In order to meet the reading habits of different users, you can choose your favorite font. Fonts can be made by other software. When you make fonts and put them in the system path, the software will automatically find these fonts, and then you can use your own font files. It should be noted that the font file of the current version is different from the font file of the previous version (0.2).
When reading, press OK to scroll the screen, and then press Stop. The default time is 3 seconds per line, the left/up key decreases by 1 sec, and the right/down key increases by 1 sec, ranging from 1 to1sec.
