XEX file
Extensions of executable files on Xbox 360. All Xbox 360 executable files (XEX files) have Microsoft's digital signature, and only Microsoft has a private key. Therefore, if the cracker starts on the XEX file, the digital signature will be changed, so the XEX file cannot be started. In addition, in order to prevent XEX files from being started from DVD-R or other recording media, Microsoft added a so-called "Mediaflag" to each XEX file, which told Xbox 360 what recording media (CD-R, DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, HDD, DVD Xbox, DVD Xbox 360) can be started. If the Mediaflag is changed, it will also destroy the XEX file. XBR is cracked from the 360 system itself, so it can be run at will with hacksex files, thus realizing diskless games.
God
God's English game on demand is not God's intention. This is the unique game packaging mode of 360. Since the autumn of 2008, the government has supported the installation of hard disks with game functions. The game installed in this way is God mode, which can be displayed in the 360 game library.
XEX mode
Advantages: it can be placed in any folder of built-in hard disk or USB storage device, and the folder name can be modified at will. You can make a combined game package (FF 13 is the way to realize the game), and you can modify the game file (such as removing the upgrade data). Both CD and ISO can be directly made into XEX, which is suitable for almost all game installations. Some games can't be saved on USB hard disk because of the 4G limitation of FAT32, except that the hard disk is not partitioned to HFS+.
Disadvantages: it can't be displayed in the game library of 360 by default, and you need to make a similar shortcut with software to display it. The game needs loader software to execute unless you make a shortcut.
god mode
Advantages: It can directly appear in the 360 game library and support fast execution.
Disadvantages: it can't be installed on USB hard disk, the file is saved in the content \ 0000000000000 \ of 3 partitions, and the folder name is difficult to identify.
