The animation was broadcast on Asahi TV in Japan on April 3, 1992, which is basically one sentence per week and three short stories per sentence. In 2004, it became two short stories in one sentence, and animation has been popular until now without interruption. On August 7, 2007/kloc-0, the latest sentence was the 609th sentence "ぉもぃスィカちゃんだゾり".
