Form:

It comes in two forms. One is the register of permanent residents, which is kept by the household registration authority and is the most basic document of the whole household registration management. One is the household registration book, which is stamped with the "special seal for household registration" by the household registration authority, and stamped with the "household registration seal" on the personal page of the household registration, and then distributed to the registered residents for their own preservation. Use:

First, the household registration book has the legal effect of proving citizenship and family members, and is the main basis for the household registration authority to conduct household survey and verification. When the staff of the household registration authority conducts household registration investigation and verification, the head of household or family members shall take the initiative to submit the household registration book.

Two, the household registration book should be properly kept, it is strictly prohibited to alter, transfer or lend. If it is lost, it must be reported to the household registration authority immediately.

Three, the household registration right belongs to the household registration authority, and no other unit or individual may make any records in the book.

Four, if there are changes in personnel or registered items, residents should hold a household registration book to the household registration authority to declare registration.

Five, the whole family moved out of the area of residence, should cancel the residence booklet to the household registration authority.
