1. Check whether the WeChat account and personalized signature have special symbols, such as "",which are hidden by the government. You can modify the account name or personalized signature and try (go to WeChat-I-click on the avatar-click on the nickname more-modify the nickname and personalized signature and save it);

2. Check the fault of positioning function to determine whether all positioning functions are turned on. Try using Baidu map to see if you can locate the present position.

3. It may be that the account was reported by others and recorded in the WeChat blacklist. You can contact WeChat customer service to cancel.
