I. Receiving institutions and plans for professional transfer projects
1.2009 The scale of the "Undergraduate Program" is controlled within 5% of the graduates of higher vocational colleges in our province, and the independent colleges of ordinary universities (private secondary colleges) arrange *** 12000 students.
2. The receiving plan for the undergraduate course is proposed by each undergraduate college to the education department, and issued after being audited by the education department.
3. Independent colleges of ordinary colleges and universities (private secondary colleges) must set up classes for "college-upgraded" students separately, and may not study in separate classes.
Second, choose the object
Students who are included in the national enrollment plan of ordinary colleges and universities and enrolled in colleges and universities in this province (grade 2007) and junior college (grade 2006) are enrolled by the provincial enrollment department.
Third, registration
1.2009 "specialist swap" admission sets parallel college volunteers according to the candidates' application categories. Candidates can choose the same or similar majors in this subject category according to the majors they have studied in the junior college and according to the eleven subject categories classified in the Catalogue of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (promulgated at 1998) by the Ministry of Education, and they are not allowed to enter the exam across professional categories. Each student can apply for up to three majors in three institutions. Candidates who apply for the "college entrance examination" can fill in the volunteers of three parallel colleges A, B and C, and each college can choose a same or similar major and a subject to other similar majors.
2. Registration conditions: (1) Good ideological and moral character, law-abiding and good health; (2) The academic performance of the basic courses of each major has reached 70 points or above (including 70 points), and there is no failed course (receiving the latest notice from the ministries and agencies); (three) during the period of study in school, he has not received any punishment for demerits.
3. Registration Qualification Examination: Candidates who apply for "College Entrance Examination" shall be recommended by the candidates to colleges and universities, and their qualifications shall be examined according to the application conditions and relevant regulations on student status management.
4. Registration time: March 24-27, 8: 30 am-165438+ 0: 00 pm, 65438+0: 30-4: 30 pm, and no supplementary application will be made after the deadline.
Candidates declare to the recommended university and fill in a registration form.
Fourth, the exam.
In 2009, colleges and universities still adopted the selection method of unified examination in the whole province to recruit "undergraduate students". Liberal arts (English, Japanese) and art subjects: Chinese (150), English (Japanese) (150) and computer (100); Science and engineering examination subjects: Mathematics (150), English (150) and Computer (100). Out of 400. English test papers of English candidates are different from those of other candidates. The provincial control lines are divided into liberal arts, English, Japanese, science and engineering, and art. Seven, student status management and employment
1. "College-upgraded" students are transferred out and accepted by the recommended institutions and transferred institutions in accordance with the relevant provisions on student status management.
2. "Undergraduate" students are not allowed to transfer. If a "transfer undergraduate" student requests to return to the original school after reporting to the admission school, it will be regarded as automatic waiver.
3 "transfer to undergraduate" students enjoy the same treatment as other transfer undergraduates, unless there are clear provisions of the state and the province. The graduation certificate of secondary colleges in colleges and universities that recruit "specialized transfer" students should fill in "studying in XX College (specialized transfer) of our school for X years", and the graduation certificate of independent colleges that recruit "specialized transfer" students should fill in "studying in XX College (specialized transfer) for X years". The academic system should be filled in according to the number of years of study set by the undergraduate, and the starting and ending time of study should be filled in according to the actual time of entering the undergraduate. Those who meet the conditions for conferring a degree may be awarded a corresponding bachelor's degree.
4. When the "college-upgraded" students graduate, they will face undergraduate graduates according to the national employment policy.

Nine, 2009 special edition registration process:
1. Candidates download the registration form from the campus network and fill it in (refer to the sample form).
2. Candidates download the special edition audit form by themselves, and all departments fill in, identify and stamp it.
3. Candidates will submit the examination form (xu teacher certification), registration form and registration fee (Mr. Xia) to the Academic Affairs Office, and the staff will enter the basic information of candidates according to the registration form to apply for volunteers.
4. Check the registration information of each candidate, and the candidates themselves and the counselors or class teachers of each department will authenticate (the above work was completed from March 24th to March 27th).
5. Organize candidates to take photos (March 3 1 Sunday 1: 30-4: 30 in the Academic Affairs Office), and summarize and release the information of the special transfer candidates.
6. Submit electronic materials (before April 5)

X. Matters needing attention when filling in the application form:
All applicants must fill in the registration form, which contains several aspects, some of which need to be filled out by candidates themselves, and some need to be recommended by schools; There are natural information of candidates and voluntary information of candidates. The following is mainly about how to fill in the registration form:
(1) Fill in the category column: only serial numbers are needed for the application category and the candidate category, and Chinese characters are not needed.
(2) Fill in the code column: fill in the code in the two columns of colleges and majors, and fill in the code published in this year's special issue selection plan;
The code in the column of recommended schools is the provincial standard 4-digit unified code used in general college entrance examination and single recruit. Our school is 1255.
Fill in the 6-digit national standard code of the professional code that the applicant has studied in the junior college stage. When filling in the professional column, the Catalogue of Higher Vocational Education Guidance Major in Colleges and Universities (for Trial Implementation) of the Ministry of Education shall prevail. It can be downloaded from the school website.
Double professional code, the default value is the first professional code. In view of the fact that the academic system of double majors is four years, and students in the second and third grades (mainly in the second grade) are chosen to change majors, these candidates have mainly completed their studies in the first major, so students with double majors generally apply for the first major.
(3) Professional basic course scores: The professional basic course scores in the first, second and third school years are 3 columns. Some recommended schools have a large number of candidates. If every candidate fills in the form, the amount will be relatively large. Here is a note: each school can decide whether to fill in the form according to the instructions on the plan published by the receiving institution for candidates to apply for. As long as one of the three institutions that candidates apply for requires professional basic course scores, then the recommended school must fill in the form. If there are no requirements in the three colleges where candidates apply, they can leave it blank. However, if the admission is adversely affected by the failure to fill in the scores of professional basic courses, the recommended school and the candidates themselves will be responsible.
(5) Voluntary service
Special edition registration and voluntary declaration are completed at the same time.
① This year, there are still three parallel colleges, A, B and C. Does each college 1 professional volunteer 1 volunteer obey other similar professional volunteers in this school? When guiding candidates to fill in their volunteers, the recommended schools should make clear to the candidates what are the principles of volunteering in parallel colleges and universities.
(2) The registration software sets the conditions that the undergraduate enrollment major must be the same as or similar to the requirements of the majors studied by the candidates in the junior college stage. After the provincial education department issued the selection and enrollment plan, it was stated that candidates could not enter for the cross-disciplinary examination. The professional code is 6 digits, and the undergraduate code is 4 digits. This year's Selected Graduates plans to publish the top four undergraduate professional codes. Candidates are required to have the same professional code as the undergraduate major when registering.
③ Some receiving institutions (majors) put forward specific requirements for the basic courses of the main majors that candidates have studied at the stage of upgrading from junior college to undergraduate college. Candidates must carefully read the instructions behind the enrollment plan of the receiving institution and the enrollment regulations published by the receiving institution on our school website when filling in their volunteers. After the enrollment plan and enrollment charter, each receiving institution has different enrollment requirements for its own enrollment major, so it is necessary to fill in the volunteers according to the requirements. Otherwise, the receiving institution can quit the file because the major is wrong or the basic courses it has learned do not meet the requirements. In this year's enrollment plan, receiving institutions such as Connie College of Nanjing Institute of Technology, Chengxian College of Southeast University, Jincheng College of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and Longpan College of Jinling Institute of Science and Technology all put forward requirements for the courses they studied in junior college.
④ Different schools may arrange different enrollment categories for the same major; Some schools arrange one type of enrollment, while others arrange different types of enrollment for the same major. For example, the nursing major of Hanlin College of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has arranged an enrollment plan for both arts and sciences. However, the nursing major of kangda college in Nanjing Medical University only recruits junior college students of science and engineering this year, and liberal arts graduates cannot apply for the nursing major of kangda college in Nanjing Medical University. Otherwise the school may not accept it.
⑤ The three majors of the three colleges and universities that candidates apply for must be in the same category, and they cannot apply for cross-categories. Otherwise, on the one hand, the software will remind them, on the other hand, the reported volunteers are invalid.
⑥ The professional codes of the same major and different enrollment institutions are different. Just because the accounting professional code of an institution is 0 1, it cannot be taken for granted that the accounting professional code of B and C institutions is 0 1.
(6) After the registration form is filled in, the candidates are required to check it themselves, the class teacher or counselor will review it, and the Academic Affairs Office or the Student Affairs Office will conduct a comprehensive review. The contents of checking, rechecking and auditing are the contents filled in by candidates, including whether the name, contact number and ID number are correct, whether the application category is consistent with the professional categories and courses of the three professional volunteers, whether the coding is correct, whether the application category is consistent with the enrollment category of undergraduate colleges, whether the undergraduate majors and professional courses meet the requirements of receiving colleges and so on.
After the above work is completed, the recommended schools will organize special personnel to make entries according to the registration software, and be careful not to make mistakes when entering, otherwise the normal admission may be affected because of the wrong entry. Finally, print out the registration list, which must be checked and signed by the candidates themselves, and then sealed by the recommended school for future reference.
Note: The course scores filled in must be the real scores obtained by the score management system. Before reporting to the provincial office, the school academic affairs office will review it again. Those who find fraud are disqualified!
