Special or emergency situations (such as emergency repair, night, holidays, etc.). ) normal hot work procedures cannot be carried out, and it is not necessary to start the fire working ticket, but it is necessary to perform the licensing procedures (at the same time, notify the personnel on duty and the firefighters in the factory department to go to the scene) and take fire safety measures.
Safety regulations include the following aspects:
(1) The hot work ticket should be filled in and issued with black or blue steel (water) pen and ballpoint pen, with correct and clear contents, and it is not allowed to be altered at will. If there are some mistakes or missing words that need to be corrected, standard symbols should be used and the handwriting should be clear.

Generally, the hot work ticket shall be at least in triplicate, one for the person in charge of the work, one for the hot work executor, and one for the safety supervision department (or the department with fire control responsibilities, which refers to the first-level hot work ticket) or the hot work department (which refers to the second-level hot work ticket). If the hot work is related to the operation, that is, when the operating personnel on duty need to take fire safety measures such as isolation and flushing on the equipment system, they should hand in an extra copy to the operating personnel for collection.
(2) The first-class hot work ticket shall be issued by the hot work ticket issuer of the department (workshop, branch and work area) applying for hot work, reviewed by the person in charge of safety supervision and fire management of this department (workshop, branch and work area), approved by the leader in charge of production or the technical person in charge (chief engineer) of this department (workshop, branch and work area), and reported to the local public security fire department for approval if necessary.
