How to use wps20 10 to scroll tables?
The method is as follows:

1. Set bookmarks

To calculate outside the table, you must first bookmark the reference value. For the calculation of the total house price in the purchase contract, you must first set two bookmarks: the total area and the unit price. Select the value of "89.6" for the total area, click the Insert menu to select the bookmark, enter the book signature as "Total Area" in the bookmark window, and press the Add button to add a bookmark of "Total Area" (Figure 4). Also bookmark the Unit Price.

2. Fast calculation

Position the input cursor to the position where the total price is to be displayed, click the table menu to select the formula, enter the formula = total area * unit price in the formula window, click the drop-down arrow of number format, and select RMB capital. After confirmation, you can insert RMB "one hundred and forty-three thousand three hundred and sixty Yuan only" and calculate the total selling price at the input cursor. The book signature in the formula only needs to be entered from the "Paste Bookmark" drop-down list (Figure 5), without direct input.

3. Revise and recalculate

When you need to modify data, you can directly modify the data selected when setting bookmarks. When modifying, the original data cannot be directly deleted and re-entered. You must first enter new data in the middle of the original data, and then delete the old data on the left and right sides of the new data respectively. After modification, press Ctrl+A to select all irregular items, and press F9 function key to refresh the fields, and all calculation results will be recalculated and updated automatically. If you forget the original data location, just click Insert to select the bookmark, and double-click the book signature in the list in the bookmark window to quickly locate the bookmark data location.

Note: If you find it difficult to master this data modification method of inserting first and then deleting, you can try to enter the original data with a form. Right-click the toolbar and select Form. Click Text Form Fields on the form toolbar to insert a text form. The inserted form looks blank. Double-click the inserted text form to open its options window, enter data in the default text, change Text2 in the bookmark to the required bookmark, such as deposit ratio, and confirm to return. The data entered in this way looks the same as that entered directly, but it can be calculated directly by referring to the form data with book signature "deposit ratio" in the formula. When modifying, just double-click the text form of the original data and modify the default text in the pop-up window. You can change it any way you want. In addition, if you first click "Protect Form" on the form toolbar to protect it, you can directly modify the original data in the form without double-clicking to open the options window.
