Regulations on quality management of construction projects
Article 16 After receiving the completion report of a construction project, the construction unit shall organize the design, construction, project supervision and other relevant units to carry out the completion acceptance. The completion and acceptance of a construction project shall meet the following conditions:
(a) to complete the design of the construction project and the contents of the contract;
(two) a complete technical file and construction management information;
(three) the main building materials, building components and equipment used in the project;
(four) quality documents signed by the survey, design, construction, project supervision and other units;
(five) the project warranty signed by the construction unit. The construction project can not be delivered until it has passed the acceptance.
