2. Processing time and method
1. When applying for a housing provident fund loan, sign the application in the monthly hedging service application column of the "Personal Housing Provident Fund Guaranteed Loan Application Form" and the loan will be issued. Effective this month.
2. After the housing provident fund loan is issued, apply at the center counter during normal business hours from the 5th to the 20th of each month, and the application will be effective that month.
3. The method of monthly offset loan repayment
Monthly offset loan repayment means that the balance of the housing provident fund of the offset loan repayer is used to directly offset the monthly loan principal and interest on the specified deduction day ( The borrower is charged first, then the spouse). If the balance of the provident fund account of the borrower who is hedging the loan (the housing provident fund account must retain a balance of 100 yuan during monthly hedging) is less than the monthly loan principal and interest amount, the difference will be deducted from the designated borrower's bank loan account by the center; if the bank If the amount in the loan repayment account is also insufficient, then it cannot be offset this month. It will be treated as overdue and the guarantee company will reimburse it.
4. Changes in monthly hedging loan repayments
1. After the loan is settled, the hedging loan repayments will automatically terminate.
2. During the loan period, you can apply to terminate the hedging, or increase or decrease the number of hedging repayers.
3. During the period of hedging and loan repayment, if the hedger has more than three overdue debts, the Center has the right to terminate its hedging and loan repayment business on its own initiative.
5. Information required for processing
1. Original ID card of the borrower;
2. If the spouse acts on behalf of the spouse or the spouse participates in (or cancels) the hedging at the same time, The spouse’s ID card and original marriage certificate are also required.
6. Application process
The borrower or spouse submits an application with relevant materials → The counter staff of the central business hall will accept the review and print out the "Monthly Offset Loan Repayment Application Approval Form" and submit the application signature of the applicant for confirmation, and the customer copy will be returned to the applicant.
