Peng Xuefeng Revolutionary Memorial Hall in Xinxing Town is located in Xinxing Ji, Guoyang County, 20 kilometers away from the county seat, bordering yongcheng city in the north. The memorial hall of the Fourth Division of the New Fourth Army was originally the former site of the Fourth Division Command of the New Fourth Army. Governments at all levels, party committees and people from all walks of life raised 6,543.8+0.6 million yuan to build 6,543.8+0.6 war rooms, confidential rooms and Peng Xuefeng's former residence of the Fourth Division of the New Fourth Army, covering an area of 320 square meters.

1998 To commemorate the birthday of Comrade Liu Shaoqi 100 and the 60th anniversary of the New Fourth Army's eastward advance, governments at all levels allocated another 500,000 yuan to rebuild the bronze statue of General Peng Xuefeng riding a horse with a height of 3.5 meters. General Zhang Aiping wrote five characters "Comrade Peng Xuefeng" for the bronze statue, and arranged historical pictures and an exhibition of revolutionary cultural relics. The courtyard was afforested.
In 2004, to commemorate the 60th anniversary of General Peng Xuefeng's Anti-Japanese War, the Yang Guo county party committee and government called on party member cadres and people from all walks of life to donate more than 200,000 yuan to repair memorial halls and cemeteries, organize relevant personnel to visit and study in Xibaipo and other places, arrange high-standard exhibitions in various exhibition halls, enrich cultural relics, and renovate and afforest team members. Since then, tourists have been pouring in.
In 2005, the Memorial Hall of the Fourth Division of the New Fourth Army was listed as the starting point of the red tourist route in Anhui Province-the memorial tour of the New Fourth Army in northern Anhui. The Bozhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government will also make long-term plans, expand the area of the memorial hall, and enrich the exhibition contents, so that the brilliant achievements of General Peng Xuefeng and the fine traditions of the New Fourth Army will always be displayed to future generations.
