First, how to modify the contents of personal files
(1) If the applicant who first proposed the amendment wants to change the file, he must first submit an application, explaining the reasons for correcting the file and reasonable requirements for the change, such as correcting the name or date of birth. After receiving the documents changed by customers, the Human Resources Department will apply and verify whether the documents can be changed. If the file can be changed, it will inform us to prepare to modify the material.
(2) For files that need to be changed, relevant departments should be required to provide supporting materials, such as: application, household registration book, resident ID card, guardian's signature book, police station, street office, village committee certificate, etc. Used for personal renaming. Individuals need to apply for household registration book, household registration book, resident identity card, birth certificate and unit certificate to change their date of birth; If the company wants to change the employee's personal file, it needs the company's official change file.
(3) The personnel of the unit change or adjust the files according to the certification materials and documents, and the personal files in the future will be handed over according to the new files, and the new unit will review them according to the new files. Changing files is not done overnight, nor is it a whim, nor is it to hide people's eyes and ears, or to use non-trace correction fluid to avoid tracing. The personnel department can correct and adjust the files only if it meets the normal regulations and requirements of file correction and is approved by the relevant departments. This is the real file modification without trace. Any other modification and illegal act that does not meet the requirements.

Organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions and other organizations shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, regularly hand over files to the archives, and the archives shall not refuse to accept them.
With the consent of the archives, the archives will be transferred to the archives for safekeeping in advance. Before the expiration of the transfer period stipulated by the state, the government information disclosure matters involved in the archives will still be handled by the unit that originally produced or preserved the government information. Upon the expiration of the transfer period, the archives involving the disclosure of government information shall be handled in accordance with the provisions on the utilization of archives.
