I can tell you for sure that it will take some time for the notary office to issue a notarial certificate, usually 4-6 working days, and the applicant can't get it on the same day. If the applicant has a reasonable reason, it can be expedited after approval, and it can be completed within 2-4 working days after the rush.

Legal basis:

"Rules of Notarization Procedure in People's Republic of China (PRC)" Article 17 A natural person, legal person or other organization shall fill in a notarization application form when applying for notarization to a notarization institution. The notarization application form shall contain the following contents:

(a) the basic information of the applicant and his agent;

(2) Matters to be notarized and the purpose of the notarial certificate;

(3) the name of the document applying for notarization;

(four) the name and number of documents submitted and the name, address and contact information of the relevant witnesses;

(5) Date of application;

(six) other circumstances that need to be explained.

The applicant shall sign or seal the application form. If the application form cannot be signed or sealed, it shall be handprinted by itself.
