The completion stamp shall be provided by the construction unit. Contents of completion stamp:

2. All as-built drawings shall be stamped and signed by the preparation unit one by one. The signature in the completion stamp must be complete, and signature is not allowed.

3. For the as-built drawings prepared by the design institute, the completion stage must be clearly defined in the design countersignature, and signed by the draftsman and technical director.

4. The completion stamp shall be affixed to the blank space near the drawing mark.

5. The completion stamp shall be indelible red or blue inkpad.
