The completion stamp shall be provided by the construction unit. All as-built drawings must be stamped with the as-built stamp, and the as-built stamp should be stamped with indelible red inkpad, and stamped on or around the design logo without graphics and words in the lower right corner of the blueprint. The completion stamp shall be signed and confirmed by the construction unit, the preparation personnel and the technical director, and shall be audited by the supervision unit and signed and approved by the chief supervision engineer. The contents of the as-built stamp shall include the as-built drawing, the construction unit, the preparer, the auditor, the technical director, the date of preparation, the supervision unit, the on-site supervision and the director.
Contents of completion stamp:
1. The "as-built stamp" shall be marked with the words "as-built drawing", including the name of the compiling unit, drafter, reviewer, compilation date and other basic contents. As-built drawings shall be prepared by the unit, draftsman, reviewer and technical director.
2. All as-built drawings shall be stamped and signed by the preparation unit one by one. The signature in the completion stamp must be complete, and signature is not allowed.
3. For the as-built drawings prepared by the design institute, the completion stage must be clearly defined in the design countersignature, and signed by the draftsman and technical director.
4. The completion stamp shall be affixed to the blank space near the drawing mark.
5. The completion stamp shall be indelible red or blue inkpad.
As-built drawings are an important part of construction project completion files, the main evidence materials after the completion of the project, the true portrayal of the building, the necessary conditions for project completion acceptance, and the basis for project maintenance, management, reconstruction and expansion. All new construction, renovation and expansion projects must be completed.

Article 2 After the completion of the project, the as-built drawings shall be sorted out in time. The following principles should be followed when drawing as-built drawings:
(a) there is no change in the construction according to the drawings during the construction, and the new original construction drawing can be used as the completion drawing after being marked with the completion drawing;
(2) If there are no major changes, the modified contents shall be described on the original construction drawing according to the actual situation, and the change or negotiation number shall be indicated, and the as-built drawing shall be marked with the as-built drawing;
(3) Any structural change, technical change, layout change, project change and other major changes. Or it is not a major change, but it is difficult to express clearly on the original construction drawing, and the as-built drawing should be redrawn.
