1) The requirements we make for your purchase of frozen pods are as follows: 30 metric tons of frozen pods, first grade, at USD 1020 per ton CIF Osaka in cartons for shipment in July, 2007. As for the payment terms, we do business on the basis of L/C 30 days after glance. The insurance we reported is insured by Ping An Insurance for 110% of the invoice amount.

2) We regret to say that your price is a bit high, our quotation is US$1,000 per ton.

3) Due to the rising market, your bid is unacceptable.

4) We convince our customers to accept your offer. As the goods are urgently needed, we hope you can arrange transportation in advance from July to June. As for the payment terms, we recommend payment against D/C instead of irrevocable L/C within 30 days.

5) We can manage to ship in June, but D/P payment is not possible.

6) For our first cooperation, we accept the letter of credit within 30 days. Enclosed is our order number 6-782. Please send us your signature for our counter sales contract in duplicate.
