Article 16 of the "Farmers' Professional Cooperatives Law of the People's Republic of China" To establish a farmer's professional cooperative, the following documents must be submitted to the industrial and commercial administrative department for application Establishment registration: (1) Registration application form; (2) Minutes of the establishment meeting signed and sealed by all founders; (3) Articles of Association signed and sealed by all founders; (4) Appointment documents of legal representatives and directors and Proof of identity; (5) Investment list signed and stamped by the investing members; (6) Proof of residence use; (7) Other documents stipulated by laws and administrative regulations. The registration authority shall complete the application within 20 days from the date of acceptance of the registration application and issue a business license to the applicant who meets the registration conditions. The registration type is farmer professional cooperative. If the statutory registration items of farmers' professional cooperatives change, they must apply for change registration. The registration authority shall notify the agriculture and other relevant departments at the same level of the registration information of farmers' professional cooperatives. The registration methods for farmers' professional cooperatives shall be stipulated by the State Council. No fees may be charged for registration.
