Policy content

For those who are from Dandong or who are studying in Dandong universities and have a household registration in other cities who left school in 2019 and 2020 and are not employed. Full-time college graduates, full-time college graduates graduating in 2021 will receive free professional conversion training.

Student registration and class start time are until the end of December 2021.

Subsidy standards

Training subsidies for college graduates who participate in professional conversion training are based on each A training subsidy will be given to those who earn no less than 1,500 yuan per month. The subsidy period shall not exceed 6 months, and the subsidy will directly subsidize the training institutions.

Processing process

1. Determine the training institution.

The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Finance Bureau determine the training institutions within the scope of the city’s public institutions of higher learning. The organization also publishes training institutions, professional catalogs and other relevant information on the Municipal People's Bureau website.

7. Fund allocation: The Municipal Employment and Talent Service Center directly subsidizes training institutions .

On-site audit

On-site audit materials:

1. Paste a recent one-inch photo without a hat and sign the "Dandong City College Graduates Major Conversion and Skills Improvement Training" Student Registration Form"

2. Original ID card and two copies of the front and back sides

3. Original graduation certificate and two copies

4 , Dandong college graduates studying in colleges outside the city need to provide the original household registration book and two copies of the personal page.
