Create a good environment for the construction of "safety zone team" in the work area and the smooth realization of "103657" goal in the whole mine.

Third, the specific implementation measures
1, "Workers learn a safety production regulation every day". Yang, technical director, is in charge. According to the actual application of each type of work, the technical team arranges targeted learning regulations, measures and learning materials, and issues them to each team in time. The party and government of each team should attach great importance to it and seriously organize employees to study in time according to the activity requirements of the work area. On this basis, organize employees to sign a safety commitment letter, and the team leader is responsible for organizing employees to sign a commitment letter. Otherwise, the relevant personnel shall be investigated for responsibility and bear corresponding economic penalties. At the same time, the work area will also organize employees in the whole region to take closed-book exams in the middle and late stages. According to the planning of the study rules, the technical group draws up the examination questions in groups according to the types of work, pays attention to the practical operation and application, and has strong pertinence. Those who do well in the exam will be commended and rewarded with great fanfare, and those who do poorly will be punished. Specific reward and punishment measures will be formulated by the technical team.
2. "Every employee should check a potential safety hazard activity". Yu Jie, deputy head of the district, is responsible for organizing the implementation. Set up a special record book for the work area arrangement. All effective hidden dangers detected by employees according to laws, regulations and local management regulations are verified by the party and government leaders in the shift and work area. General hidden dangers are rewarded with 10-20 yuan, larger hidden dangers are rewarded with 20-50 yuan, and major hidden dangers are rewarded with 50- 100 yuan, which will be cashed at the end of the month. At the same time, reward the team that has made remarkable achievements in finding hidden dangers, punish the team with poor organization and average effect, and make a reward and punishment decision at the end of the month. To find out the hidden dangers, the relevant teams and groups shall be ordered to carry out rectification, and if the rectification is ineffective or the leaders of the relevant teams and groups do not pay attention to or rectify, they shall be punished according to the provisions of the work area.
3. "Organize a reflection education activity on' typical three violations' behavior once a week". Led by Li Jukun, deputy secretary of the General Branch, the technical team is responsible for providing case materials, and the branch secretaries of each team are responsible for organizing the implementation. The time is set as the safety activity day of each team every Wednesday, and each team arranges a special person to be responsible for the activity record and the attendance of the participants, to reflect on the educational content, activity effect and discussion, and record it in detail and keep it properly.
4. "Organize each employee to put forward a rationalization proposal for safe production". Li Jukun, deputy secretary of the General Branch, led the team, and the trade union leaders of each team were responsible for organizing the implementation. The work area is responsible for printing the rationalization proposal form and distributing it to all employees. The rationalization suggestions collected by each team should be reported to the workshop trade union in the work area before 16. The workshop trade union is responsible for screening and sorting out employees' rationalization suggestions, and reporting them to the work area for unified research by the party and government, giving appropriate rewards to those who are adopted, and reporting them to the Miners' Association for greater use.
5. "Organize the joint safety inspection activities of the party and government working group leader and the group supervision network, Qing 'an post and militia post once a week". Inspection should focus on key points and pay attention to actual results. For those who are not timely and unqualified, the punishment should be aggravated.
6. "Organize the dynamic analysis meeting of safety production of cadres above the team leader". Technician Zhang is responsible for organizing the implementation. Each team should realistically analyze the gaps, deficiencies and problems existing in the production in security team, and put forward the next rectification measures and efforts. At the same time, they should summarize and analyze the achievements and good practices in the first half of the year, avoid boasting and empty talk, and be to the point and have a clear aim.
7. "Have a big discussion on how to ensure safety in production". Led by the Secretary of the General Party Branch, the main party and government leaders of each team are responsible for organizing the implementation. Each team should have a special record, and the activity content, participants' signatures and activity methods should be recorded in detail, and fraud is not allowed. Activities can make full use of pre-class meetings, after-class meetings, safety activity days or symposiums. During the activity, it is necessary to report to the general party branch of the work area in advance, and solicit members of the leadership team to participate.
8. "Organize an on-the-job training technical contest". Led by Li Jukun, deputy secretary of the General Party Branch, the trade union in the work area is responsible, and the technical team and the main party and government leaders of each team organize the implementation. Each team should actively organize personnel to participate, and the technical team should timely distribute review materials and distribute them to each team for study, and organize theoretical examinations in time according to the content of technical competition planning to ensure the smooth development of competition activities.
9. "Organizing women workers to carry out activities in send warm" was led by Li Jukun, deputy secretary of the General Party Branch, and implemented by Liu Xueping. According to the actual work in the work area, formulate the activity implementation plan, convene the existing female workers in the work area, and arrange the activities reasonably.
10, "Launch a collection activity of safety warning education aphorisms and aphorisms". All teams and groups should fully understand the great significance of carrying out this activity and realize that doing a good job in safety production is the greatest political and benefit in the whole region. They should obey the arrangement of the person in charge of each activity with a highly responsible attitude, and should not buck passing. The leading group of work area activities will conduct spot checks on each activity, deal with the problems found in the activity and the unhealthy trends reflected by employees, and investigate the responsibility of the team leader and branch secretary.
(3) After the activity, the person in charge of each activity should conscientiously sum up the positive and negative experiences of the activity, and report the summary materials to the party and government in the work area for summary and commendation at the end of the work area.
(4) At the end of June, the work area made a comprehensive summary of the activities, commended and rewarded those who were serious and effective, gave necessary economic penalties to those who were not serious and effective, strictly implemented joint and several liability and accountability, and severely dealt with informed criticism.
