If none of the above are successful, you need to send an email to the China Teacher Qualification Network. The email address is below the homepage of its official website.

Explain the problem in the email, and attach your account password, and a photo of your ID card (to prove that you are yourself).

After receiving the email, China Teacher Qualification Network will test the questions and then give you feedback.

The final signature must be completed by yourself.
