1, application for land registration (provided by the connecting window or downloaded from the portal website of the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources) and power of attorney for land registration (if the parties cannot be present when applying for a permit, fill in the power of attorney in the connecting window in advance), all of which are 1 copy;
2. State-owned land use certificate (original 1 copy);
3. The changed real estate license (1 original);
4. Divorce transfer requires divorce certificate and divorce agreement (1 original). If the divorce agreement is unclear, both parties need to sign a supplementary agreement (1 original). In case of involuntary divorce, a court judgment or a civil conciliation statement (1 original) shall be provided.
