Dissertation is an important document for applying for a doctor's or master's degree, and it is a valuable wealth of society. In order to further improve the quality of dissertations, this standard is formulated, and doctoral and master students should refer to it when writing dissertations.
First, the content and format of the paper.
The content and order of the paper are: cover, original statement and explanation of the authorization of the paper, Chinese abstract, foreign abstract, catalogue, main document number list, text, conclusion, thanks, references, appendix, resume, research results during the research period and published academic papers.
1. cover: according to national standards, the whole school has a unified format.
Topic: To summarize the most important content of the whole paper, be specific, to the point, not too general, and be eye-catching; Keep the topic as short as possible and strictly control it within 30 words.
Classification number: the classification number of books and materials in China.
Number: It's the school code.
UDC: international decimal classification number.
Classification: indicate whether the classification of the paper is public, internal, secret or confidential in the upper right corner of the cover.
Name of major: Subject to the major in the professional catalogue approved by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, generally the name of two disciplines.
2. Original statement and explanation on the authorization to use the thesis: In order to better safeguard the reputation of the degree system, further standardize the management of the thesis, ensure the quality of the thesis, clarify the intellectual property rights, and put an end to plagiarism, the degree applicant and his instructor are requested to sign the Original Statement of the Thesis and the Instruction on the Authorization to Use the Thesis (see annex) respectively, and bind them on the front page of the thesis as inserts. The names of authors and instructors shall be signed by themselves, and shall not be stamped or printed.
3. Chinese abstract: The first page of the paper is a Chinese abstract, about 800 ~ 1000 words (limited to one page). Including the title of the paper, abstract content and keywords. The content should include the purpose of work, research methods, achievements and conclusions. The language strives to be concise, and it is generally not appropriate to use formulas, charts and quotations. For the convenience of literature retrieval, the key words of 3-5 papers should be indicated on another line at the bottom of this page.
English abstract: Chinese abstract is followed by English abstract, which should also include the title, abstract content and keywords of the paper. The content should be the same as the Chinese abstract.
5. Contents: It should be the outline and subtitle of the paper.
6. List of main symbols: If a large number of physical quantity symbols, symbols, abbreviations, special units of measurement, user-defined nouns and terms are used in the paper, it should be compiled into a summary table of comments. If the above symbols and abbreviations are not widely used, they can be explained when they appear in the paper, and there is no need to set up a special collection table.
7. Introduction: As the first chapter of the paper, the content includes the academic background and significance of the research topic, literature review at home and abroad, the source of the research topic, the research purpose and the main research contents.
8. Text: This is the main part of the paper. The content of writing can be different according to the nature of the research topic, generally including: theoretical analysis, calculation methods, experimental devices and testing methods, analysis and discussion of experimental results after finishing and processing, comparison with theoretical calculation results, comparison between this research method and existing research methods, etc.
Dissertation is an academic work specially designed for expert review and peer reference. It must be concise and focused, and don't describe common sense content that professionals are already familiar with. At the same time, we should pay attention to make the chapters of the paper closely linked to form a whole.
9. Conclusion: It should be clear, concise, complete and accurate, so that people can fully understand the significance, purpose and work content of the paper just by looking at the conclusion; We should seriously expound the position, function and significance of our innovative work in this field; Strictly distinguish the achievements of graduate students from the scientific research work of tutors.
The conclusion is written as a separate chapter without chapter number.
10. References: Only the officially published documents directly read by the author, quoted in the article are listed. The writing of references should follow the norms. All references should be placed after the conclusion of the paper, not after each chapter.

12. Appendix: It can include lengthy formula derivation that is inconvenient to list in the text, as well as auxiliary mathematical tools or tables, repeated data charts, calculation programs and explanations needed by others for easy reading.
13. Resume, research results and published academic papers during the study period: Resume includes date of birth, gender, place of origin, study (university or above) and work experience, school and time of obtaining bachelor's and master's degrees, etc. The research results can be research projects, awards and patents applied for during the research period; The academic paper should have been officially published. Unpublished papers only list the papers that have been hired (with formal employment letter). Books and academic papers are written in the same format as references.
Second, the writing requirements of the thesis
1. Language expression
The paper should be clear in thinking, reliable in data, concise in writing, thorough in explanation, rigorous in reasoning, correct in argument, and avoid using non-academic vocabulary with literary nature and emotional color;
If there are new terms, terms or concepts that are not common in the paper, they need to be explained immediately.
2. Title and rank
The paper is written in chapters, with clear levels, prominent titles and concise points.
The number of words in the topic is generally within 15. Every chapter should start from a new page.

The page numbers are arranged continuously with Arabic numerals from the introduction, and the abstracts, catalogues and other prefaces are arranged separately. The page number is located at the bottom of the page and written in the middle.
4. Relevant drawings and tables
Figure: It should be carefully selected, self-evident, and avoid duplication with tables and words.
Be clear, but don't exaggerate the coordinate scale. Points of different curves on the same map use different shapes.
Mark;
Terms, symbols, units, etc. The written expression in the attached drawings shall be consistent with the written expression;
The order and name of the diagram are placed at the bottom of the diagram and arranged in the middle.
If necessary, you can add a picture description under the picture name.
Form: the form should be given with the article, and then read the form after reading the article;
The parameters in the table should be marked with symbols of quantity and unit;
Table order and table name are placed above the table and arranged in the middle;
A table should be a whole, not split on two pages. There is no left margin or right margin in the table.
Formula: The number of the formula is enclosed in brackets and written at the end of the right line with no dotted line in the middle.
There should be space between charts, tables, formulas, etc. And words.
The serial numbers of figures, tables, notes and formulas in this paper are numbered by Arabic numerals and chapters. Such as: Figure 2-5, Table 3-2, Formula (5- 1), etc. If there are any notes in the chart or table, they should be numbered in alphabetical order, and the notes should be written at the bottom of the chart or table.
5. Relevant references and quotations
Documents that have been read by the author and are of reference value to the paper should be listed as far as possible, and numbered consecutively in the order in which the cited documents appear. Quotes should be placed in the upper right corner at the end of the quoted content, numbered with Arabic numerals and placed in square brackets, such as "the advanced nature of the network?" [4]"。 When the references are directly mentioned in the text, their numbers should be aligned with the text, such as "from the reference [9,20-21]". Quotation documents shall not be marked on the titles at all levels.
The list of references is compiled in the following format and numbered sequentially, that is, the references are attached to the end of the article in the order cited in the article. Write the author's name to the third place, and the rest to "wait." Or "wait for someone .."

The name of the unit can be written in both international symbols and Chinese names, but the full text should be unified and not mixed.

3. Paragraph and line spacing requirements
Text paragraphs and titles are "20pt fixed line spacing".
According to different titles, different spacing between the following paragraphs is adopted:
Post-paragraph spacing at the heading level
Title 30 ~ 36 lbs
First-level chapter title 18~24pt
Title of minor part 12- 15pt
Title of Section 6~9pt of Level 3
(Adjust the line spacing after the title paragraph within the above range to control the proper page-changing position of the text. )
The spacing between paragraphs in the reference is 30-36 points. The text of references adopts a fixed line spacing of 17pt, and the spacing before paragraphs is 3pt. Be careful not to change pages in the middle of the reference paragraph.
4. Paper and print specifications
The paper size is A4(2 10X297mm). The upper side (ceiling) and the left side (seam) of each surface are reserved for more than 25mm respectively, and the lower side (anchorage) and the right side (incision) are reserved for more than 20mm respectively. Print 32-34 words per line and 29-3 1 line per page.
