1. This passport is an important identity document. The holder shall keep and use it properly. Shall not be altered, transferred or intentionally damaged. No organization or individual may illegally detain it.

2. The issuance, renewal, replacement and replacement of this passport shall be handled by the Exit-Entry Administration of the Ministry of Public Security or the Exit-Entry Administration of the public security organ entrusted by the Ministry of Public Security, Chinese embassies and consulates abroad or other foreign institutions entrusted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

3. If this passport is lost or stolen, it should be reported immediately to the exit-entry administration of the local public security organ or the place where the household registration is located in China; In foreign countries, you should immediately report to the local or nearby China embassy or consulate or other overseas institutions entrusted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
