Second, how to punish traffic accidents caused by drunk driving?

1, mainly depends on whether the circumstances are serious. If there are no serious consequences, they are suspected of dangerous driving, detained and fined;

2. If serious consequences are caused and a major accident occurs, causing serious injuries, deaths or heavy losses to public and private property, it is suspected of causing traffic accidents. Be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention;

3. Whoever escapes after a traffic accident or has other particularly bad circumstances shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years;

4. Whoever escapes and causes death shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than seven years.
