Doctor, professor, doctoral supervisor, doctor graduated from East China University of Science and Technology. In 1998, he was selected as the backbone teacher of the second "Hundred Talents Project" of Fuzhou University. He has taught in the teaching and research group of food engineering and bioengineering of Fuzhou University, giving lectures on undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as Biochemical Separation Engineering, Introduction to bioengineering, Bio-Macromolecule Separation Technology, Marine Biopharmaceutical and Pharmacy. He is good at bioengineering, deep processing of agricultural and sideline products, modernization engineering of traditional Chinese medicine and separation engineering. At present, the main research directions are: biopharmaceuticals, traditional Chinese medicine bioengineering, biochemical separation engineering and food biotechnology.

In recent 5 years, he has presided over and completed 3 provincial-level projects and 4 school-level projects. At present, he is in charge of 3 provincial and university-level research projects and 3 horizontal research projects. As a major member, he participated in nine provincial and ministerial projects. In recent five years, the first author has published more than 3 scientific papers in chinese journal of process engineering and other periodicals, and EI has included many papers, and won five scientific research achievements or appraisals.
