1. For the settlement account opened by the depositor in the name of the company, the reserved seal consists of the official seal or special financial seal of the company, plus the signature (signature or seal, the same below) of its legal representative or the person in charge of the company or its authorized agent (collectively referred to as the authorized signatory). The name of the depositor stamped with the official seal of the company or reserved with a special financial seal can be abbreviated according to law, but it must be consistent with the account name. Where standardized abbreviations are used, the deposit bank shall make it clear when signing an account management agreement with depositors.
2. For the settlement account opened by individual industrial and commercial households without a firm, the reserved seal consists of the seal of individual industrial and commercial households XXX plus the signature of the person or the authorized person, and the name in the seal of individual industrial and commercial households XXX should be consistent with the name of the operator recorded in the business license.
3. For the settlement account opened for registered capital verification, the seal shall be reserved as the investor's signature recorded in the Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name or the approval of relevant government departments, and for the settlement account opened for capital increase and capital verification, the seal shall be reserved as the investor's signature recorded in the resolution of the shareholders' meeting/board of directors. If there are multiple investors, the signatures of all investors or the signatures of all investors and their entrusted investors shall be kept. The form of the reserved signature shall be agreed by the depositor and the opening bank in the account management agreement.
4. The reserved seal of the settlement account opened by the domestic institution may be signature, seal or signature plus seal, and the text and content of the signature shall be determined by the domestic institution.
5. The reserved seal of the depositor may include the signatures of multiple authorized signatories, and the authorized business authority of different signatories (single or combined) may be agreed with the deposit bank.
6. Depositors' reserved seals can be numbered to distinguish subordinate non-independent accounting units from their subordinate units.
7. All kinds of seals in the depositor's seal should be free from deformation and cannot be printed (atomic chapter).
