In the Control Panel, find the View devices and printers option and click on it.
Select the printer you want to delete and click Print Server Properties. Open the advanced options in Security in your printer's properties, click the Add button in Audit, and add the objects you want to view.
Select the driver in the print server properties panel, then find the printer you want to delete, click to select it, and select Add/Remove snap-in under the console menu to add group policy. Then click Delete below.
In the Control Panel, find the View devices and printers option and click on it. Open the local group policy, configure the audit object access under the audit policy under the local policy under the computer configuration under the "local computer" policy, and audit the successful or failed object access.
Back in the printer panel, we right-click the printer we want to delete. Select Delete device in the pop-up menu. Just click Delete.
