According to the spirit of documents such as the Measures for the Administration of Students' Admission in Compulsory Education in Zhejiang Province (Trial) and the Opinions of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education on the Full Implementation of Electronic Management of Students' Admission in Primary and Secondary Schools (Zhejiang Jiaoji [20 10] 163), the Measures for the Administration of Students' Admission, Suspension, Resumption and Transfer in Compulsory Education in Beilun District are hereby issued as follows:

I. Acceptance

Children who have reached the age of six, regardless of gender, nationality or race, must enter school according to law and complete nine-year compulsory education according to regulations. School-age children and teenagers enter the nearest school free of charge. The management of students' school status adopts the electronic management system supervised by the Provincial Department of Education. Students' student numbers are divided into major numbers and minor numbers. The main number adopts the student ID number, and the auxiliary number is unified in the whole province.

Schools qualified to accept foreign students can accept foreign students of school age and obtain compulsory education status.

Foreign students must abide by the relevant provisions of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Accepting Foreign Students in Primary and Secondary Schools of the Ministry of Education.

In principle, all primary school graduates will be promoted to designated junior high schools without examination at the place where their registered permanent residence is located.

School-age children and adolescents who need to be exempted from examination or postponed for special reasons shall apply by their legal guardians and be approved by the education administrative department at or above the county level or the people's government at the township level. Five, drop out of school

Students can drop out of school in any of the following circumstances:

Students who have not completed the nine-year compulsory education shall not go through the formalities of dropping out of school except those who are over the age of compulsory education.

6. Upgrade, skip and repeat.

Students in primary and junior high schools are promoted to a higher level within one academic year.

Pupils and junior high school students, with all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique, have excellent academic performance and can by going up one flight of stairs. Students and their legal guardians can apply for advanced placement with the approval of the school. Skipping classes should be done at the beginning of the school year. Students in the graduating class will not be advanced.

In principle, primary schools and junior high schools implement the system of not repeating grades. A very small number of students do have learning difficulties. Students themselves and their legal guardians can submit application reports and repeat their studies with the consent of the school. The school should report the situation of the students who have failed the grade to the District Education Bureau for the record.

Strictly control the number of students who repeat grades. In principle, the repetition rate is controlled within 0.5%, and no junior high school graduating class will repeat the grade.

Seven, graduation, graduation, graduation.

Students who have completed nine-year compulsory education will be issued with Zhejiang Compulsory Education Certificate as the basis for further study, employment and military service.
