After receiving his Ph.D. from Columbia University, he returned to China in 19 18 and served as the president of Hefeng Bank Hong Kong Branch. Since the same year, he has served as the executive vice minister of the Ministry of Railways and a member of the British boxer indemnity Committee. From 193 1 to 12, he also served as finance minister.
Lin (19011February 23, 983-1April 22, 983), also known as [2], was born in Gulangyu, Tongan County, Fujian Province (now Gulangyu, Siming District, Xiamen City), and was a gynecologist, obstetrician and physician in China. She is the first director of obstetrics and gynecology in China of Peking Union Medical College Hospital and the only woman among the first academicians of China Academy of Sciences. Lin Yisheng personally delivered more than 50,000 babies, and made contributions to the research on intrauterine respiration, female pelvic diseases, gynecological tumors and neonatal hemolysis. He is one of the founders of modern obstetrics and gynecology in China.
Su (1889- 1945), formerly known as Songzhi, was born in Xiamen, Fujian, and graduated from Waseda University in Japan. Su used to be the finance director of Fujian Province, the finance director of the Grand Marshal's Office of Guangdong Province and the director of civil affairs. Later, he left China Kuomintang to teach at Zhi Zhi University. During his stay in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he served as the mayor of Shanghai Avenue Government from 1937 to 65438+February 5. On April 28th of the following year, he was appointed as the supervisor of Shanghai Municipal Office. In the same year, 65438+1October, 65438+June served as Secretary General of Shanghai Special Municipal Government. After Fu Xiaoan was assassinated on 1940, he briefly acted as the mayor. He died in 1945.
