(1) At present, candidates are required to submit application materials online, pay the application fee, get an application card and fill in their own information. After that, the relevant departments will review the candidates' application materials, and then the city (district/county) Admissions Office will confirm the candidates' registration qualifications according to the audit results.

(2) "Examiner" refers to "the person who checks and verifies". Because candidates fill in relevant personal information and conduct technical operations online according to the procedures stipulated in the registration system, in order to ensure the objectivity, authenticity and accuracy of their registration information, the Registration Information Confirmation Form is an important link in the final check.

(3) Candidates must carefully check the Registration Information Confirmation Form and sign it for confirmation. After the examinee's signature is confirmed, it shall be checked by the person in charge of the "Admissions Office" and signed by the examiner after confirmation.

(4) If the information in the Registration Information Confirmation Form is wrong due to my own mistakes, especially the main information such as subject, gender, name, ID number and entry time, the candidates will bear the consequences themselves. Therefore, there must be no omissions in the table.
