Summary of Jiang Lili’s Family Day on March 6:

Yesterday was our TA61’s only family day among them, and the feeling at the moment was “refreshing”. Why do you say that? Because in my perception and feeling, I feel like we did a perfect family day event. I received a notice on March 1st that it would be Family Day on the 6th. I had to plan such a big event in just a few days. I had never organized it before and had no experience. I felt uneasy, anxious, and afraid...especially... During this period of time, work was extremely stressful and I was really stressed. Life is about choices, life is about creating possibilities, just follow your heart.

What I learned from this event is:

1. As a family director, I need to be on the front line during the entire event to arrange and use the right people. It’s really satisfying to have the right responsibilities. I don’t have too many things to do myself. I don’t work so hard on writing hosting scripts like Jianhua and Tang Jie. I don’t work as hard as Honglan does for the effect of the show. We rehearsed and rehearsed. I didn't run around outside like Yan Jie for the past two days, making signature walls and raffle tickets... There were also best friends such as Lou Bin, Jianyang, Lei Zhen, Shi Lan... who had been working hard. We, really, 61 are different and warm because of ourselves. And these two days also made me truly realize that as a boss, you should do what a boss should do. A boss is responsible for planning and inspection. A boss who knows how to employ people will really make big things simple and easy. Through the planning of this event, I experienced the height and arrangement that a boss should have, and I still remember that feeling deeply. Believe in your teammates and your best friends. They are all really good. Everyone has their own talents. As the boss, we are going to tap their talents and let them do the right things.

2. The power of team unity is really great. Our team is really full of talents. At critical moments, best friends step forward and take the initiative. It is really powerful. Everyone has something I want in them. What I learned is that the more you participate, the greater your rewards. I am grateful to all the best friends for their efforts in this event. The team is wonderful because of everyone!

3. As the family director, TA61 is a big family. Every best friend is our family. We take our best friends into our hearts and see that each of their families is getting better and better and more harmonious. , I am truly happy and happy for them.

However, there are also many best friends that I have not fully supported. I hope that my best friends will understand and I will continue to work hard. I also hope that everyone will support me. My goal is that TA61 is a big family with love and warmth. It is now and will be after graduation. Let’s work together!
