laws and regulations
Article 33 of the Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License stipulates that the examination transcripts of all subjects shall be signed by the applicant and the examiner. Unsigned motor vehicle driver's license shall not be issued. Personnel engaged in the examination work shall hold the examiner's certificate issued by the traffic management department of the provincial public security organ.
Concrete practice
In practice, the examination transcripts of all subjects should be signed by coaches and examiners, and the candidates should sign for confirmation after the examination of all subjects (whether qualified or not). Candidates who refuse to sign for confirmation will not affect the definition of the examination results of this subject and will not be allowed to enter the next subject.
Matters needing attention
1, the examinee's signature confirmation is the normal procedure of driving test, and the examinee should cooperate. If you have any objection to the result, you can reflect it through normal procedures and ask the examination center to verify it.
2. The candidate's refusal will affect the progress of the next examination subject. Since the current driver's license examination is valid for 3 years, candidates should sign the examination report as required by the examiner.
3. According to the current regulations, no matter whether the test result is qualified or not, it needs to be signed for confirmation. If you pass the exam, you can make an appointment for the next stage of the exam after signing and confirming, until you apply for a driver's license in all subjects; If you fail in the exam, you can make a new appointment to take the exam ten days after signing for confirmation and paying the make-up fee.
