Microsoft Windows Fax and Scan has stopped working due to system failure. The solution is:

1. First open the "Start Menu" and enter "Run" in the dialog box. Then click "Run".

2. Enter the run window, enter "msconfig", and then click "OK".

3. Enter the system configuration window, select "Services", check "Hide all Microsoft services (H)", and finally select "Disable all".

4. After completing the disabling, the system will pop up a restart dialog box, just click Restart.
