E-mail (E-mail) is a form of communication established on a computer network. Computer users can use the network to deliver emails and communicate with each other. E-mail can be sent on a computer LAN or a computer WAN. For e-mail communication, an e-mail "post office" must be established on the network file server (i.e., computer). It is a central distribution center for email and can set up an addressed mailbox for each user. Others can send emails to the mailbox, and the owner of the mailbox can retrieve his emails from the mailbox at his convenience. The "post office" here is actually a set of database files on the network file server.
Emails have a certain format. Take the email format of the Internet, which is currently widely used in the world, as an example. It consists of three parts: letterhead, letter body and signature area,
to: the recipient address of the email
From: the sender address of the email
Subject: The subject word of the email
(letter content)

Every user who applies for an Internet account will have an email address. It is an email address that is very similar to the user's house number, or more accurately, it is equivalent to renting a mailbox at the post office. Because traditional letters are delivered to your doorstep by the postman, and emails require you to check the mailbox yourself, but you don't have to step out of your house.
The typical format of an email address is abc@xyz, where @ is preceded by a character combination or code that you choose to represent you, and @ is followed by the name of the service provider that provides you with email services, such as user@ 163.com
