The specific stop date is determined by the banks according to the time required for their own system adjustment.

Dissatisfied with the relevant reply of the CBRC on the 7th, Huang Xihua, the representative of Guangdong delegation of the National People's Congress, drafted the "Re-proposal on Stopping Inter-bank Inquiry Fees". On March 9th, Huang Xihua, a deputy to the National People's Congress, drafted the "Re-proposal on Stopping the Charge of Inter-bank Inquiry" overnight, and 16 delegates signed it, ready to submit it to the the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) (NPC). Prior to this, she and the representative of Chen Xueying had submitted a hearing proposal on the inter-bank inquiry fee.
