English Composition Email Sample 1

Dear David,

I'm glad you'll come to Beijing to learn Chinese. Chinese is very useful, and many foreigners are learning it now. It's difficult for you because it's quite different from English. You have to remember as many Chinese words as possible. It's also important to do some reading and writing. You can watch TV and listen to the radio to practice your listening. Do your best to talk with people in Chinese. You can learn Chinese not only from books but also from people around you. If you have any questions, please ask me. I'm sure you'll learn Chinese well. < /p>

Hope to see you soon in Beijing

Yours,

Wang Ming

English Composition Email Sample 2

Dear Allen,

I've got your E-mail. Thank you for your rapid reply! You know what that was my first time to write an E-mail, and it was so fun! I even wrote the wrong address at the first time .How silly I am! About the E-mail you sent me, the flash game is so interesting, and I forward it to my classmate. Everybody says it's the best game they ever played. It's so nice of you to send me the game. Where did you find the game? By the way, would you like to see a movie with me this Saturday? I hear that there is a cool movie and I have two tickets. Please give me the answer before Friday, so that I can make the plan.

PS: Can you tell me how to beat the game or give me the work through? Thanks.

Best regards, < /p>

Peter

Email email format

English letters are the most commonly used application style. Ordinary personal letters usually consist of five parts:

1. Letterhead: refers to the address and date of the sender. Write in the upper right corner of the letter paper, starting near the center of the letter paper. Leave the letterhead blank. Write the sender's address first. The way to write an address is different from that in Chinese. Small places should be written first, and big places should be written later. Write the date below the address. The order of dates is: month, day, year, or: day, month, year. For example: may 17 __. There is a comma before the year.

2. Title: Refers to the address of the recipient. Write below the letterhead, starting on the left side of the paper. When writing to someone you know well, you usually use dear... or my dear... as a title. Such as: dear li lei, dear miss thomas or my dear dad.

3. The body of the letter: refers to the main part of the letter. Write from the top of the first paragraph on the line following the title. From the second paragraph onwards, the first word of each paragraph should be indented by 3 or 5 letters.

4. Conclusion: refers to the polite words at the end below the text. It is generally written from the center of the letter paper to the right, with the first letter capitalized and a comma at the end. In informal social letters, yours or sincerely are commonly used. If the other party is a close friend, you can use sincerely yours, etc.

5. Signature: refers to the signature of the sender. Write it below the conclusion, slightly to the right.
