The employer and the employee may conclude a written labor contract in electronic form through consultation. The employing unit shall ensure that the generation, transmission and storage of electronic labor contracts meet the requirements of laws and regulations such as electronic signature law, and ensure that they are complete, accurate and not tampered with. An electronic labor contract that conforms to the provisions of the Labor Contract Law and the above requirements shall have legal effect as soon as it is signed.
