3. Interview work

3. The composition of the interview team: select a number of outstanding teachers and staff as needed. The calculation method is: the final total score of candidates for the post of primary and secondary school teachers (kindergarten) = total written test score × 25% (40% for kindergarten) + interview score × 50% (60% for kindergarten).
7. Determine the candidates to be hired based on the total scores of the written test and interview from high to low. If the total scores are the same, the person to be hired will be determined based on the interview scores; if they are the same again, the person to be hired will be determined based on the written test subject and major scores; if they are still the same, the candidate with the younger age will be determined. After physical examination, inspection, and public announcement that there are no objections, the employment record and other related procedures will be completed. Recruitment personnel will be certified before the start of the fall semester of 2019, and their service period will be no less than 5 years.
8. For interviews where the number of people interviewed does not reach the ratio of the number of interviews stipulated in the provincial announcement, the following supplementary regulations will be made after research and decision by the municipal recruitment leading group:

Candidates whose interview scores reach the passing mark will be determined as candidates for recruitment from high scores to low scores in the written test and interview. 9. Notifications such as test results, list of physical examination personnel, physical examination time, list of proposed personnel, time and location of school selection, etc. will be announced on the Gaoan Government website/ and the WeChat public account "Gaoan Education and Sports" .
4. Interview procedures
1. Qualification review. The qualifications of the candidates initially determined by the province for interview will be reviewed according to the application conditions. Those who do not meet the conditions will be disqualified from the interview. Qualification review time: July 11. Location: Conference room on the second floor of Gao'an Teacher Training School (next to Jiujiang Bank on Jinhui North Road).

2. Issue interview admission tickets. Interview admission tickets will be issued to those who have passed the interview. 3. Interview time and place. Interview time: July 24th, interview location: See admission ticket. 4. Set up the examination room. Examination points and examination rooms are arranged according to interview needs, and examination rooms are set up according to interview groups. Test centers and examination rooms are under fully closed management. Instructions for candidates, examination room floor plan and reporting hotline are posted at the examination center. The test center has a closed room for candidates and a lesson preparation (waiting for exam) room. The examination room is equipped with an examiner's seat, a timing and scoring seat, and a supervisor's seat.
5. Candidate interview order. The staff will notify the candidates to gather in a closed room and the staff will check the candidates' three certificates (written examination admission ticket, interview admission ticket, and ID card). At the same time, lots will be drawn to determine the interview order of candidates, and then the instructor will organize and guide candidates into the preparation (waiting for exam) room and examination room in order.
6. Interview process. After the candidates enter the examination room, they begin to lecture. The examiner will score on site, with a perfect score of 100 points. The timekeeper shall time and score as required. When scoring, remove the highest score and calculate the average score after removing the lowest score. Scores should be kept to two decimal places. Candidates sign the score record form on the spot. The interview score record form for each group should be signed by the examiner, scorekeeper, and supervisor. After all interviews are completed, the interview results will be announced.
5. Disciplinary requirements
1. Examiners and staff participating in the interview must abide by the relevant regulations on the interview. Anyone who has immediate or collateral relatives participating in the interview must avoid it.
2. Examiners and staff must enter the examination center through security check with their work IDs. They are not allowed to carry communication tools. If they carry communication tools, they must be handed over to designated personnel for safekeeping.
3. Examiners and staff must abide by confidentiality disciplines and shall not disclose interview questions and other information that cannot be made public for any reason or in any way.
4. Examiners must adhere to the principles of objectivity and impartiality and grade accurately and independently. Be respectful of candidates and do not ask candidates about other matters unrelated to the interview.
5. Candidates can enter the test center through security check with their admission ticket. They are not allowed to bring communication tools, teaching materials, teaching plans, teaching reference materials, etc. into the examination room, lesson preparation (waiting for examination) room and closed room. After entering the test center, you must obey the staff's arrangements and do not make any noise. During the interview, candidates are only allowed to report their exam serial number and are not allowed to disclose personal information such as their name, place of origin, school attended, experience, etc. Otherwise, it will be regarded as cheating and the interview qualification will be cancelled.
6. Candidates must abide by relevant regulations and obey the management of staff. Anyone who seriously disrupts the order of the interview, insults the examiner and staff, or threatens the safety of others in the examination room will be dealt with seriously in accordance with relevant regulations.
