Delaying going to work within half an hour is late, and leaving work half an hour early is early.

1. Being late, leaving early and being absent from work.
Specific provisions:
1. Employees are allowed to be late twice a month, and the cumulative time of being late shall not exceed 3 minutes. Being late for more than 3 times (including 3 times) for more than 3 minutes will be treated as absenteeism for 1 hour. More than one hour is regarded as absenteeism for half a day. (Those who are late for more than 3 minutes due to accidental accidents can be granted a supplementary leave after being verified by the supervisor or personnel. )
2. employees who leave work 3 minutes before the specified time are deemed to leave early, and those who leave work more than 3 minutes are deemed to be absent from work.
3. Employees are allowed to miss the punch card twice a month, and the missed punch card should be handled by the supervisor. If there are more than three times (including three times) of missed punch card, although there are work certificates approved by the department supervisor, they should still be punished. Employees who exceed this number should be treated as 1 yuan/time.
4. employees who miss punching should fill in the explanation of employees' missing punching. after the department head confirms the working hours, the administrative department will handle it accordingly.
5. the office is responsible for the implementation of this regulation throughout the company, and the heads of all departments should supervise the employees to attend the work according to the specified time. If the supervisor approves the absence in violation of regulations, conceals the absence of employees, etc., the penalty shall be doubled according to the amount deducted by the employees who violate the regulations.
6. The security personnel shall earnestly implement and supervise the punching system stipulated by the company, and are not allowed to type, write or alter. After punching, the cards shall be placed in the corresponding position according to the number. 3 yuan/person-time financial penalty shall be given to employees who punch in the cards on their behalf once they are found (fine target: punch in and punched in); If the security guard takes a punch card, 5 yuan will be fined and suspended.
7. If you go out for business during working hours, you must submit the release slip to the security room according to the regulations before you leave the factory (employees of all departments ask the department head for approval, and the department head and office ask the general manager for approval). The release note should be signed by the department head and confirmed by the administrative signature. Otherwise, it will be handled as absenteeism for half a day.

2. Asking for leave
1. Any kind of leave needs the prior approval of the department head and registration with the administrative department
2. If there is an emergency, if you can't ask for leave in advance, you should call the department head and the administrative department within two hours and go through the formalities on the day of work, otherwise it will be counted as absenteeism.
3. Take one day off (or one time off) in the current month, and deduct 3/5 attendance
4. Take more than two days off in the current month without attendance.
5. If an employee is unwell and asks for sick leave, he/she must inform his/her supervisor, fill in the [leave slip] and give it to the supervisor for signature and approval. In case of emergency, he/she should call the supervisor for approval first, and then make up the [leave slip] when he/she goes to work after illness. Otherwise, it will be treated as absenteeism.
6. The sick leave slip should be accompanied by the doctor's certificate, the original hospital medical record and the hospital invoice. (returned after verification)
3. Absenteeism
1. Those who are absent from work for three consecutive working days without reason, or take leave without approval, will be regarded as absenteeism. The direct supervisor will personally contact me to find out the reason and hand over the "dismissal report" within two days after the expiration of three days.
2. Those who are absent from work for a total of 3 days (24 hours) without approval within 3 days are regarded as absenteeism and punished as absenteeism.
