You must sign the report card after passing each subject of the driving test. You can't get a driver's license without signing it.

Paragraph 3 of Article 46 of the Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License (Order 139) revised and issued by the Ministry of Public Security stipulates:

The examination report of each subject shall be signed by the applicant and the examiner. Unsigned motor vehicle driver's license shall not be issued.

If you have got your driver's license, it means that someone signed it for you, either a coach or a driving school leader. Don't worry, there will be no sequelae.
