If it is used on a passport or when going abroad, it is expressed in Chinese Pinyin.

But unlike Chinese Pinyin,

1) The first letter of the last name should be capitalized. If it is a compound surname, it is also capitalized together.

2) If the name is two words, write them together, with the first letter capitalized.

3) English can't be marked with tones.
