1. This mode is used by the people's court when a party requests mediation and reaches a mediation agreement.
2. "Agreement content" refers to the terms of the agreement reached by the parties voluntarily to resolve disputes. "The burden of litigation costs", if settled by both parties through consultation, can be listed as the final content of the mediation agreement; If the litigation expenses are decided by the people's court, it shall be stated in a separate line after the agreement.
3. After the divorce mediation document is checked by the clerk, it shall be stamped with the seal of "This document is checked correctly with the original".
In our daily life, if we can't reach an agreement on the property during divorce, we can go to court. Of course, if an agreement can be reached through consultation, all issues of property division can be clearly negotiated in the divorce mediation document, and the property not mentioned by both parties can be agreed through supplementary agreements in the future.
