2. Employees who have been injured at work or suffer from an occupational disease must hold the "Injury and Injury Employee" Labor Ability Appraisal Form" and go to a designated hospital for examination and diagnosis. The diagnostic conclusion (with relevant examination and laboratory results) must be signed by two doctors (one of whom must have the title of attending physician or above), and must be stamped with the official seal of the medical department, prevention and treatment department or preventive health department of the designated hospital. The diagnostic conclusion is valid for half a year;

3.
