First, about confirming to attend the interview.

Those who fail to fill in the statement of waiver of interview qualification within the specified time and do not participate in the interview for personal reasons will be reported to the competent department of central civil servants according to the circumstances and recorded in the integrity file.

Second, about mailing related materials.

Candidates are requested to arrange to copy the following materials by EMS before June 26th (65438+) (subject to the postmark date) and mail them to our department for qualification examination (delivery by themselves or courier companies is not accepted):

(1) Registration Form (downloaded from the special website of the National Civil Service Bureau, in duplicate). Photos should be consistent with those provided at the time of application, and personal study and work experience should be filled in truthfully and in detail (the time must be continuous, whether the study experience at each stage is on-the-job study, and what academic qualifications and degrees have been obtained).

(4) Copies of bachelor's degree or above and degree certificates, and copies of foreign language grade certificates (transcripts) required for the positions reported.

(5) In addition to the above materials, candidates are required to provide the following materials according to their identity categories:

1. Fresh graduates: registration recommendation form (downloaded from the special website of the National Civil Service Bureau, affixed with photos and stamped by the school and indicating the training method) and a copy of student ID card.

2. On-the-job social workers: A copy of the certificate of consent to enter the examination issued by the personnel department of the work unit (see the annex for details), a copy of the employment registration certificate (dispatch certificate) and a copy of the work permit are required. If the current work unit is inconsistent with the registration, a copy of the resignation certificate is required (see annex for details).

3. Unemployed persons: A copy of unemployment certificate is required (see annex for details).

4. Returned overseas students: copies of foreign academic degree certificates certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education are required.

Third, matters needing attention

(1) All the above materials shall be printed or copied clearly on A4 paper and arranged in the above order. We will conduct qualification examination according to the materials mailed by the candidates. Candidates should be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided.
